Policies
Our rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for each additional person in the room is $10 per night. Sales tax and local hotel/motel occupancy tax are not included in the rate.

• The published rates are subject to change without notice.
• There is no minimum stay required.
• We gladly welcome well-behaved children over 10 years of age.
• Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.
• We cannot accommodate guest pets. The innkeepers have 3 cats, who are our outdoor friends.

Reservations:

One night's lodging is required for deposit to guarantee the reservation. A valid credit card number must be submitted at the time of reservation.
• Check in time is 3:00 – 8:00 P.M. Please arrange later times with us.
• Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
• Call for reservations between 10:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M.
• The Inn is open all year, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cancellations:

• Reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received seven days prior to the stay.
• Upon arrival, guests are responsible for the entire confirmed reservation.
